$79 Service Charge
All customers are charged a $79 service charge for each call, unless an existing maintenance agreement with the company is active or purchased at the time of the call.
Up Front Pricing
We offer upfront pricing on all repairs. Know the price of each option before committing to have the work performed. All repair costs include both parts and labor in the price.
Service Warranty
Parts installed on your HVAC system have a 12 month part warranty & a 60 day labor warranty. Accessories added to your system (i.e. Thermostats & U.V. lights) may carry longer warranties.
Peace of Mind
Unsure whether to spend money on repairs v/s replacing your system? Repair costs under $1000 can be reversed & applied towards the cost of replacing the system within 30 days.
